BERRA PRIVATE RESIDENCE in BOLU
In our dormitory, where 292 quotas have been given by the Ministry of National Education, the bed usage is 234 and we have 82 rooms. All the necessary items for a student's needs are available in our rooms, where a larger and more spacious living space is created with this limitation. Berra Girls' Dormitory serves you with single, double, triple, quadruple and private divided room options. In addition, our building has a generator and backup water tank that come into play in case of a power outage. All necessary precautions have been taken within the framework of the regulations to protect against fire, to prevent and extinguish fire, to reduce the loss of life and property in this way, with the spring system, smoke detector, fire alarm system and fire extinguishers in accordance with the fire regulations in force in our country, and there are fire exit doors on each floor. We have a fire escape. There are 2 elevators in our dormitory. In addition, it has adopted the principle of always keeping you safe with its 24-hour recording system and high-resolution night vision cameras, automatic card pass and turnstile door system with fingerprint reader.
In our country, which attaches importance to sports activities and social events, different entertainments and short distance trips are organized for this purpose. In addition, our gym, which is open 24 hours a day and where all your needs can be met, is free of charge.
Our country operates entirely in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of National Education and is inspected periodically by the relevant units.

The dormitory is located in the city center. It is 15 minutes away by public transportation.
State Universities are located on the edge of the city because they have large campuses.
Laundry:
2 washes per month are free, each wash after that is 10 TL.

Payment method: Payments are made in 5 consecutive installments (For example, a student who makes first payment in August will complete h 5th installment in December.)

Contract Duration & Cancellation Conditions
The contract period is 1 academic year, it starts with the start of university and continues until the university ends. The student cannot leave the dormitory before completing the academic year required by the contract. If leaves, must pay 50% of the remaining fee. Contract rules and cancellation conditions are determined by the state.
We recommend that students and their parents stay in the dormitory, taking these rules into consideration

Deposit: There is a deposit of 300 TL, this fee will be refunded at the end of the year if the student does not cause any damage to the dormitory.
Payment method: Payments are made in 5 consecutive installments (For example, a student who makes first payment in September t will complete h 5th installment in January)
