Our dormitory, which is located in the center of Sakarya Serdivan, in a location preferred by the youth, within walking distance to shopping malls, blue station, Toyota hospital, Konak hospital and dental hospital, is 5 minutes away from Sakarya University campus and Vocational School of Health.
In the hotel concept, we offer you the dormitory where you will feel comfortable in the garden.
Security is provided 24/7 in our dormitory. We have a large, green garden for our students to relax, and many opportunities at Cevahir Life Girls' Dormitory, where special celebrations are held every year for our graduating students.

Deposit: There is a deposit of 2500 TL, this fee will be refunded at the end of the year if the student does not cause any damage to the dormitory.
Payment method: Payments are made in 5 consecutive installments (For example, a student who makes first payment in August will complete h 5th installment in December.)
ALS does not take responsibility for any problems caused by the delay in installments.
Contract Duration & Cancellation Conditions
The contract period is 1 academic year, it starts with the start of university and continues until the university ends. The student cannot leave the dormitory before completing the academic year required by the contract. If leaves, must pay 50% of the remaining fee. Contract rules and cancellation conditions are determined by the state.
We recommend that students and their parents stay in the dormitory, taking these rules into consideration.

Our dormitory serves in Mavi Durak, where social venues, student life centers, cafes, transportation vehicles, shopping malls, hospitals and pharmacies are located in Sakarya-Serdivan.
